Chick-fil-A® Middletown Commons opened in July of 2015 and has proudly been serving Louisville’s East End ever since. Then in August of 2022, Chick-fil-A® Blankenbaker opened, expanding our opportunity to serve the East End of Louisville. Led by our Operator, Matt Briggs, our mission is to serve our surrounding communities and leave a positive impact on the lives of both our Guests and Team Members. We strive for excellence in both the food we serve and the experience we provide. Our hope is that all are genuinely welcomed and cared for every time anyone visits one of our Restaurants.
