Matt Briggs
Owner
Matt grew up in Franklin, TN. He graduated from the University of Tennessee (Go Big Orange!) and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Jessica, and they have three children. Matt began working for Chick-fil-A in 2008 and began his career as an Owner at Mall St. Matthews in 2011. Matt loves golf, and he cheers for UT football and the Green Bay Packers.

Jordan Witt
Operating Partner
Jordan grew up in Louisville and he joined the Chick-fil-A family in 2009 when he was 17 at the Mall St. Matthews (MSM) location. He began working for Matt Briggs when he became the operator at MSM in December of 2011 and has been a part of Matt’s upper-level leadership team ever since. Jordan has a passion for film and sports, particularly the Louisville Cardinals and the Indianapolis Colts; he has been married to his wife Hannah since 2018.

Lucas Vaughan
Operating Partner
Lucas’ time with Chick-fil-A began in 2012 while working at a Chick-fil-A in Tennessee for three years during High School. In 2016, Lucas moved to Louisville to pursue a degree in Biblical Counseling from Boyce College and began working at Chick-fil-A Middletown
Commons as a Team Member. Lucas is married to his wife, Priscilla, and they have one daughter. During their free time, Lucas and Priscilla enjoy serving at their church, spending time at parks with their daughter, and exploring Louisville’s creative restaurant
scene.

Garth Farmer
Operating Partner
Garth Farmer is originally from South Carolina. He attended North Greenville University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Studies. He moved to Louisville and joined the Chick-fil-A Middletown Commons as a team member in August of 2015. Garth is married to his wife Emily and they have two sons. In his free time, Garth loves serving his church where he serves as a student minister and watching sports, particularly the South Carolina Gamecocks and Atlanta Braves.

Mitar Rudanovic
Operating Partner
Mitar joined the Middletown Commons team in 2017 as the Kitchen Director while attending The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He graduated there with a Masters of Divinity in 2020. He was born and raised in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University where he played football for the Scarlet Knights. Mitar is married to his precious wife Megan. They have three kids. He loves his family, anything related to Rutgers football, and the church where he pastors in Southern Indiana.

Scottie Dibble
Director, Middletown Commons
Scottie is from right here in Louisville, KY, and attended Christian Academy of Louisville (CAL). Scottie met Matt Briggs when he was a substitute teacher back in middle school and started working for Matt at the St. Matthews mall location in 2014. He attended college at Liberty University and graduated in the spring of 2018 and has been full-time at the Middletown store since then. Scottie has been married to his lovely wife, Kelsey, since 2022. He loves Alabama football, so the next time you see him, give him a hearty “Roll Tide!”

Breanna Neal
Director, Blankenbaker
Bre is from a small town in northern Kentucky. She started her career at Chick-fil-A Middletown Commons in 2016 as a team member. She graduated from the University of Louisville in May of 2022 with a BSBA in Marketing. Bre recently got married to her husband Ryan in May! Bre loves concerts, traveling, and good food. If you have any cool restaurant recommendations, shoot them her way!

Tess Walsh
Director, Middletown Commons
Tess is originally from New Jersey where she started her career with Chick-fil-A in 2008. She moved to Kentucky to attend Boyce College where she graduated in the Spring of 2022 with a Biblical Counseling degree. Outside of Chick-fil-A, Tess loves spending time with her fiance Max, playing any outdoor sports and time with her friends from church.

Grant Flynn
Director, Blankenbaker
Grant began working for Matt Briggs at Mall St. Matthews when he and his wife moved to Louisville in August of 2014. He moved to Middletown Commons with Matt in 2015, where he worked until 2018. Grant recently rejoined Matt’s leadership team at Blankenbaker after spending six years in the Chicagoland area earning his PhD. Grant is married to Cierra, and they have two little boys. In his free time, Grant loves to read, spend time outdoors with his family, and watch Atlanta Braves baseball games.
